About 3D Storage Systems
Founded in 1992, 3D Storage Systems has grown into one of North America’s largest dedicated manufacturers of pushback, pallet flow, and carton flow systems.

More than 30 years of dynamic storage
3D Storage Systems was founded in 1992 by a small team of engineers who saw an opportunity to build a better pushback racking system. That early design — the first low-profile structural steel cart pushback system, patented in the US and Canada — became the foundation for everything that followed: pallet flow, carton flow, and a manufacturing operation built to keep pace with a growing dealer network.
Today, 3D fabricates from two purpose-built plants totalling over 98,000 square feet of production space, with state-of-the-art welding cells, automated saws, and a 400-foot powder coat paint line keeping orders moving from design to delivery. Over a million dollars of steel and flow components stay in stock so dealer orders ship on time. Behind it all is a team of engineers, fabricators, and a sales group that’s spent decades focused on one thing — dynamic storage.

The Euroroll Connection
3D Storage Systems has joined the Euroroll Group, a global leader in gravity flow technology headquartered in Germany. For dealers and partners across North America, day-to-day operations remain unchanged — same team, same products, same dedicated focus on the dealer channel. What changes is the resource base behind it: a broader range of gravity solutions, support from three highly automated factories worldwide, and combined manufacturing scale expected to improve both lead times and pricing.
